The Zrozumilo! (Understood!) online educational platform offers free online learning for representatives of the civil sector, government and local government agencies, educators, pupils and students, and generally anybody who is interested in personal development and in acquiring quality knowledge.

The Zrozumilo! platform was devised by East Europe Foundation in response to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, when all of the EEF’s activities had to be moved online. We quickly realized that our educational products could interest a much broader audience.

In these courses, we share the Foundation’s expertise, gained from its more than 10-year history of carrying out projects and programs that are meaningful for Ukrainian society. This includes developing parliamentarism, e-governance and direct participation instruments, support for SMEs, the development of social entrepreneurship and civil society, and much more.

These courses are available as video lectures, learning materials, forums, and test assignments. After taking a course, participants can be issued a certificate. Certain courses qualify for credits under the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), which allows participants to count them for professional development purposes.

The EEF team continues to improve the platform so that anyone who turns to us can get exactly what they are looking for, master the necessary knowledge, and say with satisfaction: “Everything’s finally Zrozumilo!”
