Online Classes on Security for Children
Children’s awareness of the risks associated with emergencies can help protect their health and lives even after hostilities have ended. Activities within this Program will help its participants acquire needed practical skills.
Together We Shelter
A program to strengthen civil society organizations’ capacity to help people affected by the Russian war. It is implemented with financial support of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund.
The Shelter Project: assistance to internally displaced people
Since the first days of the full-scale war, East Europe Foundation has been implementing the Shelter Project, which aims to help those most in need – people who were forced to leave their homes or found themselves in the areas of active hostilities.
Crimea Platform Support
The “Ongoing support for Crimea Platform stakeholders” project is being undertaken by East Europe Foundation with the support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) between December 2021 and February 2022.
Social School Entrepreneurship
The “Establishing social school enterprises in rural areas and small towns to engage youth in social entrepreneurship in Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr and Donetsk Oblasts” project was undertaken by EEF jointly with ChildFund Deutschland e.V., a German NGO, with funding from the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development.
Civic Leadership Academy
The Capacity-Building Program for the Civil Society Sector in Eastern Ukraine, aka the Civic Leadership Academy, is being implemented from December 2020 to January 2022 in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kherson Oblasts by East Europe Foundation and Internews Ukraine, with support from USAID’s Democratic Governance East Activity.
3D Project: Development Despite Disruption
“3D Project: Development Despite Disruption. Resilient Civil Society at a Time of Covid-19 and Beyond” is being implemented by East Europe Foundation with funding from the European Union. It runs from October 2020 to April 2022.
