Recovery and Resilience

The Recovery and Resilience Program is implemented by East Europe Foundation with funds from the Federal Government of Germany and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

The key objective of the Program is to help regional state administrations, municipalities and regional development agencies upskill and reskill to be able to create and deliver regional or local development strategies in the wartime.

The program participants are expected to upskill in project management and learn about both fundraising opportunities available for Ukraine in the EU and helpful hints on how to write project proposals to access funds.

The program will involve about 40 participants will from Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Dnipro, Chernivtsi, and Zakarpattia regions.

The program runs from June 2023 to March 2024.
