CDTO Campus plays an important role in the development of digital technologies and innovations via training a new generation of digital leaders. Graduates will be introducing innovations in public administration and developing digital services.
During the first year, CDTO Campus, which was established in 2024, managed to implement some initiatives that laid the foundation for the development of competencies of Ukrainian professionals in the field of digital transformation.
CDTO Campus activities:
Both current CDTOs and future digital transformation deputies are trained at the campus. In total, we got 2,603 applications for various programs during the year. We launched 12 programs, including in cooperation with Microsoft, Cisco, AI HOUSE, etc.

CDTO Campus is implemented by East Europe Foundation, funded by Visa Foundation, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the Digital Transformation Assistance (DTA) project funded by USAID and UK Dev, assisted by the USAID Cybersecurity Project, in cooperation with the Digitality GovTech Center of Excellence, under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Cisco is the technology partner of the space. The coworking space for GovTech leaders was established with the support of Visa.
