East Europe Foundation announces a competition to select a contractor to provide services for organizing and conducting a survey as part of a study on the sustainability of CSOs operating at the territorial community level and their engagement in recovery and reconstruction processes. The competition is held within the framework of the Impulse Project, implemented by East Europe Foundation and the International Renaissance Foundation with the support of Norway (Norad) and Sweden (Sida).
