 eRecovery

The government programme eRecovery was launched in May. It allows Ukrainians who have their homes damaged and are unable to repair them on their own to receive funds for repairs through the Diia platform: https://erecovery.diia.gov.ua.

What does the aid include?

Construction materials or contractor services that can be paid for by companies participating in the programme.

Participants in the programme include hardware stores and companies that provide repair services. If you want to participate, take the following steps to submit an application on the Diia platform:

  1. Log in to the Diia portal and join the eRecovery service as a business: https://bit.ly/43lq1OU
  2. Check the information about you in your Diia account.
  3. Choose a bank. Contact your bank’s call centre and enter your Merchant ID. Confirm that your business’ MCC code is eligible for the programme.
  4. Select the type of point of sale and add information about it.
  5. Check and sign the application using the e-signature of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.

You can now track the status of your application in your account on the Diia portal in real-time. Your participation in the programme will be confirmed via email.

Since the service’s launch, Ukrainians have submitted more than 15,900 applications for funds to repair their damaged property. Let’s recover Ukraine efficiently!

The service has been developed by the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program implemented by East Europe Foundation and the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) project.
