The Ukraine Crisis Media Center hosted a presentation of an interactive tool for monitoring the expenditures from the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
The team thoroughly verified the data, checking it from the moment of decision-making to confirmation of reporting by local authorities. This is the only database in Ukraine on expenditures from the Liquidation Fund for 2023, available for all interested institutions and organizations.

“We are pleased to support the initiative of the CSO “Centre for Fiscal Policy Studies”. The team has done a great job of collecting, verifying, and consolidating data into a single database and presenting it in the format of a convenient dashboard that allows one to find out and analyze where, how much, and to whom the funds for recovery were allocated,” said Diana Standratiuk, coordinator of the Acceleration Program within the “Phoenix Project”, implemented by East Europe Foundation with the support of the European Union.
Hence, we encourage civic activists, analysts, academics, and journalists to use this data in their work and hope that it will contribute to transparent and accountable reconstruction.
