We are pleased to announce the completion of the selection process for the participation of CSOs in the Ideathon of the Acceleration Program and the competition of civic tech instruments Act to Support. The competition is organized by East Europe Foundation within the Phoenix Project with financial support from the European Union.

Out of 133 received applications, we have selected 40 civil society organisations to participate in the Ideathon. These organisations will present ideas for developing or refining digital tools aimed at supporting CSOs, especially youth, small and micro-businesses, and communities that host displaced persons or otherwise address issues arising from or exacerbated by full-scale Russian invasion.

The selected organizations will present ideas for the development or refinement of chatbots, applications, websites, dashboards, and more during the three-day Ideathon. The competition jury will then choose 20 participants for the Acceleration Program, and ultimately, during the demo day, 10 winners will be selected to receive up to 20,000 euros in rewards to implement their civic tech tool.
