East Europe Foundation, as part of the “E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program EGAP” Swiss-Ukrainian program, announces a call for the position of Regional Digital Transformation Communications Specialist.

We are looking for a person to join a friendly team of the Regional Coordination Office who will become the soul of the team, immerse himself in the scope of the work, travel a lot around the country in search of stars and success stories, monitor project results, and write creative texts about it – important reports and cool posts for social media.

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Employment: full-time, without the possibility of part-time work

Work format: offline

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of the strategies to popularize digital tools in communities;
• consulting support for communities to improve the effectiveness of communications;
• preparation of cool posts for social media;
• participation in the creation of videos, writing scripts and other texts;
• creation of template communication texts for communities;
• search for and description of success stories of community digitalization;
• work with digitalization leaders in communities;
• performance of other tasks within his/her competence at the request of the management.

Required qualifications, experience, and competencies:

• higher education at least the second level (master’s or specialist’s degree);
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• ability to create interesting, easy-to-read and concise texts about complex subjects;
• ability to understand complex processes before describing them;
• at least 3 years of proven experience in communications, copywriting, marketing, analytics or other related fields;
• English language proficiency at least B1 (intermediate) level.

• high level of digital readiness (use of electronic services and digital solutions in everyday life);
• analytical mindset and ability to find innovative solutions;

• readiness for frequent business trips.
