Call for Applications for a Post of Full-Stack Developer in the eDopomoga Project

East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Aid Project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS), announces a competition for a post of full-stack developer for the eDopomoga project of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine (hereinafter – MSP) to develop integration services for the interaction of MSP information systems.

Expected Work Duration: four months.

Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements to improve the information systems of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine;
  • Systematically analyze incoming and outgoing information flows; perform and document data analysis; confirm, structure and organize data; and
  • Develop integration services and modules (API) to ensure interaction between information systems.

Qualification Requirements:

  • University degree in IT (or related field).
  • At least three years of experience in full-stack development in the public or private sector.
  • Experience in implementing projects in the IT or public sector.
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing social and/or child protection projects/programs.
  • Command of Ukrainian (C2) and English (B1).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding the software life cycle, taking into account various methodologies;
  • Full-stack development of services and integration modules;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Ability to easily comprehend new areas;
  • Ability to analyze the current situation in comparison with the past;
  • Ability to make decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills; and
  • Attention to detail.
