Call for Applications for a Post of Project Manager in the eDopomoga Project

East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Aid Project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS), announces a competition for a post of project manager in the eDopomoga project of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine (hereinafter – MSP) to ensure the stable operation of the eDopomoga platform and develop the platform modernization concept by agreement with MSP.

Expected Work Duration: four months.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a strategy for launching and developing new integrations on the eDopomoga platform.
  • Analyze feedback from donors on the use of the eDopomoga platform and from moderators/administrators on the work on the portal, as well as develop recommendations for optimizing the site for internal users.
  • Analyze data on lead generation (people who provide assistance through the eDopomoga platform) and prepare proposals for its improvement on the portal.
  • Organize negotiations with potential partners that can be involved in the eDopomoga platform and form a list of proposed partners for the eDopomoga portal.
  • Monitor the eDopomoga platform marketing strategy implementation and prepare a report on the marketing strategy performance.
  • Analyze feedback from recipients applying for international financial or volunteer assistance on the use of the eDopomoga platform, as well as develop recommendations to optimize the portal for external users.

Qualification Requirements:

  • University degree in IT (or related field).
  • At least three years of experience in business analysis and/or project management in the public or private sector.
  • Experience in implementing projects in the IT or public sector.
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing social and/or child protection projects/programs.
  • Command of Ukrainian (C2) and English (B1).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of methodology to collect and analyze information and formalize requirements;
  • Understanding the software lifecycle, taking into account various methodologies;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Ability to easily comprehend new areas;
  • Ability to analyze the current situation in comparison with the past;
  • Ability to make decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills; and
  • Attention to detail.
