Call for applications for the positions of Project Manager

East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Aid Project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS), announces a competition for the position of project manager to work on a large-scale national project. We are looking for a team members with an important role in constructing and developing a new project.

We are looking for a team members to play an important role in building and developing a new project. A specialists with significant experience in product management for B2C, creation and management of projects, as well as products (platforms, apps, etc.), with a proven portfolio of successful projects.

Main duties and tasks:

  • Development of project development strategy and relevant target programs.
  • Creating a map of project stakeholders, communicating with them and taking into account their wishes when improving the product.
  • Search for donor funding, cooperation with partners.
  • Search, formation, management of the team.
  • Ideation, methodological prioritization and feature development to activate and engage users.
  • Conducting product research to identify engagement trends, customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
  • Working closely with the development team to translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
  • Developing strategies and initiatives to optimize user experience, improve user satisfaction and drive long-term engagement.
  • Use of data and analytics to manage decision-making processes, monitor success and effectiveness of functionalities.
  • Awareness of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to identify innovative engagement strategies.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on product roadmap, feature releases and performance metrics.

Qualification requirements:

  • more than three (3+) years of experience as a Project or Product Manager;
  • proven experience of successfully managing 2 projects;
  • higher education in the field of Management, Business Administration, IT or relevant fields;
  • willingness to work remotely.

Desired skills and competencies:

  • strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, user research and translating insights into actionable product strategies;
  • advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
  • knowledge of the English language at an above-average level.
