East Europe Foundation, within the framework of “E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program EGAP” Swiss-Ukrainian program, announces a call for the position of Regional Program Assistant.
We are looking for a person to join a friendly team of the Regional Coordination Office who will help organize the team’s work, grow professionally quickly, and manage large projects in the future.

- Employment: full-time, without the possibility of part-time work
- Work format: offline
Responsibilities:
Assistance in organizing the work of the component on a daily basis, including:
- participation in the organization of events, conferences, and other activities;
- material and technical support for program events, meetings, conferences, roundtables, seminars, etc.;
- data collection on team activities, data updating;
- planning of internal communications;
- arrangement of online and offline meetings;
- maintaining of working records, including follow-up after meetings;
- drivers/vehicles coordination;
- receiving / sending / signing / scanning / proper storage of documents, etc.;
- preparation of documents for reporting, procurement, etc.;
- communication with the partners of the Program, business correspondence.
Perform other tasks within his/her competence at the request of the management.

Required qualifications, experience, and competencies:
- higher education at least the first level (bachelor’s degree);
- fluency in the Ukrainian language;
- English language proficiency at least B1 (intermediate) level;
- confident use of PC and MS Office (including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), confident use of Google Docs tools;
- business correspondence skills;
- work experience in government, public sector and/or international organizations will be an advantage.
