East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Dev project Digital Transformation Activity (hereinafter – DTA), together with the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, announces a competition for the position of Junior Project Manager for the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector project.

Start date: June 2024.

Term of involvement: until the end of 2024.

Work format: mixed (offline and online).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• prepare weekly reports on the progress of work and project implementation;
• coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including representatives of the Ministry and contractors;
• support the conclusion of contracts and negotiation of project terms and conditions;
• support project management in Jira (Confluence), ensure the relevance and accuracy of information, administer users and projects;
• solve organizational issues in the team and participate in planning meetings and gatherings;
• monitor compliance with the deadlines for completing tasks;
• identify and resolve problem situations, respond to stakeholder requests.

Desired skills and work experience:

• experience as a project manager (at least three months);
• higher education;
• experience in project management or administration will be an advantage;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
• ability to work in conditions of great responsibility and urgent tasks;
• high result orientation and attention to detail;
• proficiency in the Jira project management tool (user administration, project setup, ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot problems);
• experience in Confluence documentation will be an advantage.
