East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the Digital Transformation Activity, is excited to announce an opening for a Full Stack Developer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and integrating the internal services of the Shipping Administration (hereinafter referred to as “SA”) with various information and communication systems.

Contract Duration: Three months, with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Support for current SA products using PHP, Zend
• Develop analytical reports from MySQL databases
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+, jQuery, Ajax)
• Experience with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency in PHP 7.x+

Desired Skills and Competencies: 

• Experience in REST API development
• Familiarity with Laravel Framework 5.8, 9.*, 10.*
• Experience with Git version control system
• Understanding of team software development principles, milestones, and methods
• Analytical thinking
• Familiarity with Angular development principles
• Experience with Unix-based server setup
• Experience in creating adaptive, cross-browser interfaces
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 Sass/Scss/Less
• Experience with Bootstrap
