East Europe Foundation, under the auspices of the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) project, is pleased to announce an open competition for an expert consultant. The selected candidate will provide informatization consulting services to optimize the landing page of the eRecovery program.

Engagement Period: 1 month

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide informatization consulting services to enhance the search functionality of the eRestore program’s landing page.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to clarify software product requirements and identify optimal solutions.
• Offer consulting and organizational services to ensure the software product aligns with customer requirements, expectations, and project objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Possession of a higher education degree.
• A minimum of three years of experience in software development.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing new software products for workflow automation, data exchange, etc.
• Ability to structure elements of information systems, identify potential software solutions, manage data, and formulate requirements for software products.
