East Europe Foundation, as part of the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) project, is looking for a graphic designer to join the project of the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector and the direction of digitalization of the construction sector.
Duration of engagement: four months, hourly engagement
Work format: online
Main tasks:
- Creating visuals for social networks (Facebook, YouTube): images for posts, stories, carousels, infographics, etc.
- Creating illustrations for informational materials: photo collages, artistic photo processing/retouching, simple graphic illustrations, etc.
- Layout of POS materials: leaflets, flyers, one-pagers, booklets, badges, etc.
- Design and layout of electronic presentations, landing pages.
- Creation of design layouts for outdoor advertising: billboards, city lights, banners.
- Interior decoration: design layouts of banners, presentation stands, brand walls, images for wall projectors.
- Creating corporate identity for individual public events.
- Branding of souvenir products (hoodies, T-shirts, shoppers, stickers, etc.).
Requirements for the candidate:
- Ability to provide services in the state language (knowledge of English is an asset).
- Efficiency and responsibility.
- Developed soft skills and sociability.
- A sense of corporate style and the ability to work with it.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of prepress.
- Knowledge of typography and color theory.
- Art education is an asset.
- Understanding of design trends in social media.
- Ability to work with technical specifications and read technical requirements for layouts.
Please note that having successful experience in design support in the public and non-governmental sectors will be an advantage.

Main selection criteria:
- A portfolio of design works that confirms the required qualifications and contains examples of the above design works.
- Cost of individual design works (according to the form).
- Cost of an hour of work.
The bids will be evaluated based on the quality/value criterion, with the quality of the proposal accounting for 60% of the score and the financial component accounting for 40%.
