Call for applications for the position of Analyst in the educational project

East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK Aid Project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS), announces a competition for the position of Analyst to work on a large-scale national project.

We are looking for a team member to play an important role in building and developing a new project. A specialist with significant experience in working with products (platforms, applications, etc.) for B2C, with a proven portfolio of successful projects.

Key duties and tasks:

  • Collection and processing of information and data, monitoring of international experience in the field of education.
  • Work with databases.
  • Development of strategies, plans, and documents based on data within the implementation of a large educational project.
  • Development and implementation of evaluation and/or measurement metrics.
  • Writing reports and analytical notes.
  • Development of recommendations for educational services/products based on data.
  • Presentation of work results publicly and/or among partners.
  • Work with contractors in the field of research and analytics (conducting tenders, selection, setting tasks, monitoring implementation).
  • Preparation of technical requirements and descriptions of business processes for contractors in the field of development/implementation of IT solutions.
  • User testing of technological solutions in the field of online education.

Qualification requirements:

  • more than three (3+) years of experience as an Analyst or Business Analyst;
  • confirmed experience of successful management and product development;
  • skills in Tableau, BI, Data Studio, etc. will be an advantage;
  • technical background and in-depth understanding of the technological part of IT solutions will be an advantage;
  • higher education in the field of “Economics”, “Statistics”, “Sociology” or other relevant fields.

Skills and сompetencies:

  • strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, user research and translating insights into actionable product strategies;
  • advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • knowledge of the English language at an above-average level.
