East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the head of educational programs (methodologist) position for the CDTO Campus project.

The CDTO Campus project offers a program on digital transformation in public administration, which is aimed at training modern leaders in the field of public administration. The program covers a wide range of topics, including change management, implementation of the latest technologies, improving the efficiency of government processes and ensuring the openness and transparency of government institutions. Students gain knowledge from leading digital experts and have the opportunity to participate in hands-on training and workshops, helping them gain the skills they need to successfully implement digital change in their organizations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• organization and coordination of the educational process;
• management of the schedule of classes and events on the Campus;
• reporting on study attendance and processes in the Campus;
• communicating with teachers and students, solving their requests and problems;
• maintaining order in the educational institution and ensuring the stability of its work;
• organization of passes and timely submission of necessary information to security;
• placing orders and accepting purchases;
• organization of activities and events;
• the ability and desire to create content for social networks.

Candidate requirements:

• higher education;
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• excellent organizational and communication skills;
• ability to work in a team and allocate time effectively;
• command of the Ukrainian language at a high level, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• confident PC user (MS Office, Google Docs).

Working conditions:

• full-time;
• presence at locations in Kyiv.
