Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Implementation Head.

Duties:

• development of methodical materials and presentations for teaching the teaching staff of schools on the use of the “Mriia” product;
• creation of a calendar plan for the introduction of the product and control over its implementation;
• formation and coordination of teams responsible for the introduction of the product in different regions of Ukraine;
• development of logistics routes and budgeting to ensure effective implementation of “Mriia”;
• negotiation and resolution of conflicts related to the introduction of the product.

Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

• at least 3 years of experience leading and setting up processes in the integration of new products both internally and externally;
• high-level communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts and technologies in a clear and accessible manner;
• excellent organizational skills and experience in process optimization and project management;
• experience in negotiations and conflict resolution;
• high level of command of the Ukrainian language, ability to make public speeches.
