Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Associate Product Manager.

Duties:

• assist the Product Owner in the construction and implementation of the product roadmap, as well as with research, development of requirements and communication with developers;
• work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, business analysis and data analytics) to improve user experience;
• conduct market research;
• write requirements for development, participate in creating product requirements from idea to implementation;
• create scenarios and guides for interviews, conduct them with users;
• help analyze user behavior and their interaction with the product;
• work on non-typical tasks together with the Product Owner, for example, implementing the Dream in schools or teacher training.

Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

• at least 2 years of experience (product manager, product owner, project manager, product marketing manager) in conducting research, forming requirements, working with metrics;
• experience developing web or mobile B2C applications in a product team;
• ability to conduct user interviews;
• willingness to take initiative and grow;
• ability to be attentive to details;
• experience with management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana);
• knowledge of English at the B2 level and above.

Will be an advantage:

• work with analytical platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase);
• experience working on a product in the educational field.
