East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of Legal Expert to support the processes of re-engineering and implementation of e-services within the digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

1. Providing the legal expertise of the regulatory framework of public services in optimization and digital transformation.
2. Providing advice on the ways to optimize service provision processes.
3. Drafting legislation and chances to current legislative documents that regulate the provision of public services.
4. Preparing analytical materials on the evaluation of risks and impacts related to the introduction of legislative changes.
5. Communications with stakeholders in the process of legislation development.
6. Participation in working groups, meetings, and seminars.
7. Preparation of informational and analytical materials for events, reports, and presentations.

 Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in law and related work experience of 5+ years. Knowledge of the public services sphere.
• Experience in legislation development will be an advantage.
• Experience in working with state authorities (clarification of requirements, holding presentations).
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, ability to multitask, and punctuality.
