Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Senior data analyst.

Duties:

• build an analytics system for web and application;
• customize dashboards;
• build reports for stakeholders;
• prepare reports for the product team according to key metrics and roles;
• set up and analyze A/B tests according to prepared hypotheses;
• collect and analyze user feedback from various sources;
• look for correlations between hypotheses and actual user behavior.

Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a product team;
• ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and to communicate these effectively across technical and non-technical audiences;
• expertise in analytical and statistical tools and languages (eg. SQL, Python) and familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks;
• proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards using BI system tools (Tableau/PowerBI);
• english proficiency level from Intermediate (B2).
