Competition for IT Projects Manager Position

East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of IT Projects Manager for the implementation of the initiative in the sphere of development of the Platform of registers.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Formation and management of the product backlog.
  • Coordination of the Platform of registers development team.
  • Ensuring the release schedule for updating the Platform of registers.
  • Work with requirements for the Platform of registers.
  • Support of development teams on the Platform of registers and processing feedback from the teams.
  • Formation of a technical and economic feasibility study (FEA) for financing the Platform of registers.
  • Coordination of the feasibility study and the technical task (TOR) for the development of the Platform of registers.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher technical education.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst or database developer.
  • Deep understanding of the system of public electronic registers.
  • General understanding of the software development process.
  • General understanding of web application development (will be an advantage in the public sector).
  • Knowledge of e-democracy tools.
  • Proven experience in developing business processes and technical specifications, functional requirements/technical specifications.
  • Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and finding balanced solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and working knowledge of English.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in cooperation with the public sector for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in working with digital transformation projects for at least 1 year.
