Competition for IT Projects Manager Position

East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of IT Projects Manager for the implementation of the initiative in the sphere of development of the Platform of registers.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Consultations with development teams on the Platform of registers and processing feedback from teams (5-10 development teams).
  • Announcement of new versions of the platform (according to the releases, 2-4 releases).
  • Aggregation of requests for new functionality and existing bugs from development teams (constantly throughout the year).
  • Consultations of development teams at the onboarding stage of the training program (up to 5 teams).
  • Consultations of teams at the stage of development of registers (data model, BP, forms, reports, etc. for up to 10 teams).
  • Finding temporary solutions for preliminary solving tasks in the absence of functionality in the Platform.
  • Updating the training program for the developers of registries.
  • Development of methodological materials for the implementation of projects on the Platform of registers.
  • Review of regulations provided by development teams (up to 10 regulations).

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher technical education;
  • At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst or database developer.
  • Experience with business analysis tools, and fluency in BPMN notation.
  • Understanding the principles of software architecture.
  • Deep understanding of the public electronic registry system in Ukraine.
  • General understanding of the software development process.
  • General understanding of web application development, preferably in the public sector.
  • Knowledge of e-democracy tools.
  • Proven experience in developing business processes and technical specifications, functional requirements/technical specifications.
  • Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and finding balanced solutions.
  • Experience in drafting documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and working knowledge of English.

 Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in cooperation with the public sector.
  • Experience in working with digital transformation projects for at least 1 year.
  • Experience with microservices, Docker, AWS, Git, Jenkins.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure
