East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of Junior Specialist to join the technical support team of Zrozumilo! Educational Online Platform.

Main tasks:

• Compilation of educational courses and publishing them on the platform.
• User technical support.
• Technical support for the courses – publication of materials, support of active phases, consultation with course teams.
• Providing operative statistical information.
• Management of content on the platorm’s Youtube channel.
• Performing related tasks assigned by management.

Qualification requirements:

• Familiarity with the entire MS Office suite.
• Basic understanding of coding HTML + CSS.
• Strong skills in electronic communication including email, with basic automatization elements (templates, rules, mail merge, etc.).
• Basic skills in graphics work (cropping, scale, sizing, conversions).
• Experience with CMS (publishing and editing content, work with user profiles, etc).
• Basic familiarity with principles of Youtube Studio.
• Strong grammar in writing skills.
• Psychoemotional stability.

Advantage:

• Work experience in user thechnical support.
