East Europe Foundation is announcing a competition for the part-time position of English Content Writer to support communication projects and activities within EGAP Program.

Key responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Communications Coordinator or/and Communications Manager, English Content Writer will:

• prepare articles, press announcements/press releases, and journalistic materials of various formats covering the key activities and results of the EGAP Program
• pitch EEF/EGAP Program topics to Ukrainian and international media, support them in creating materials
• help to prepare the key messages of EEF and Embassy of Switzerland representatives’ speeches and presentations for events
• create social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
• collect success stories, interview citizens and public content on the website
• collaborate with designer to integrate text into design
• edit and proofread other EGAP materials
• perform other tasks from the Communication Manager/Communication Coordinator

Qualification requirements:

• Advanced spoken and written Ukrainian and English
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Flawless literacy and attention to details
• Ability to research, analyze and structure information
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in IT, civil or public sector communications would be an advantage.
