The International Charitable Organization “East Europe Foundation,” as part of the Swiss-Ukrainian program “E-Governance for Accountability and Participation (EGAP),” announces a competition for an expert to develop and implement the “Smart City” concept in 6 cities.
The EGAP program, implemented by East Europe Foundation and the Innovabridge Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, aims to use digital technologies to improve governance quality, foster collaboration between authorities, businesses, and citizens, and promote social innovation in Ukraine.
By February 2025, six cities with populations between 40,000 and 110,000 will be selected through a competitive process. Together with these cities, a “Smart City” concept will be developed and implemented to systematically transform all aspects of urban life using digital technologies.
We are looking for a new team member of a regional component to develop and support the implementation of this concept, leveraging best practices and modern trends.
