East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of an English-speaking copywriter within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Objective

Under the supervision of the EGAP Program communications manager, the copywriter shall:

• prepare articles, press releases, and communication materials in various formats presenting the key activities and outcomes of EGAP Program;
• offer topics related to East Europe Foundation and EGAP Program to Ukrainian and international media, support Ukrainian and foreign media when developing communication materials;
• prepare talking points for speeches and presentations for representatives of East Europe Foundation and the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine;
• collect success stories, interview users of our services, and post content on the websites of EGAP Program and East Europe Foundation;
• prepare content for social media – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram;
• set designer tasks to prepare visuals for communication materials;
• edit and proofread English-language materials related to EGAP Program;
• perform other tasks set by the communication manager.

Qualification requirements

• High level of English proficiency (not lower than C1).
• Excellent English writing skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Literacy, scrupulousness, and attention to details.
• Ability to study, analyze, and structure information and perform tasks within deadlines.
• Experience in communications in the IT, civil society, or public sectors would be an advantage.
