Competition for Program Administrator Position

East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of Administrator of the Program in the sphere of digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Assisting the Manager of the Program in high-level and detailed planning of the program in general (creation of the roadmap, planning the terms, content, budget, procurement, monitoring & evaluation, communications, etc.) as well as of the program components.
  2. Assisting the Program Manager in the organization of monitoring and evaluation processes, control of achieving the planned results, and key indicators of program implementation.
  3. Assisting Program Manager and office personnel in managing the program, its procurement, communications, audit processes, and organization of program events.
  4. Preparing current and final reporting on the program for the Program Manager, EEF Leadership, and donors based on the data received from personnel, grantees, and experts involved in the program.
  5. Communicating with diverse stakeholders (organizations, counselors, and experts) on the current activities of EEF.
  6. Development of presentations and other informational materials on the program results.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Good communication skills (in Ukrainian and English).
  • Excellent writing presentation preparation skills in Ukrainian and English.
  • Good command of MS Office, SQL, Power BI, and Canva instruments.
  • Knowledge of project management basics.
  • Skills in the project and program monitoring and evaluation will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, ability to multitask, and punctuality.
