An Administrative Service Center was opened in the Smidyn Community in Volyn region to provide community residents with quality services.

Diia Center is a modern Administrative Service Center and provides all necessary services for citizens.

Among services available in the modern Administrative Service Center are administrative fee and utilities payment and, consultations on online services and business (for example, Diia.biznes). Citizens can also use related services such as engaging their community leaders and free legal assistance.

The Center includes an ATM or a bank branch, a post office, a co-working space and a conference room.

• Multiple requests can be addressed in one visit;
• Premises are adapted for persons with disabilities and visitors with children; and,
