Personal identification via Diia becomes accessible at Administrative Service Centers throughout our pilot communities.

 This has been taken care of by the EGAP Program that provides digital equipment sets customized for each ASC.

 Each digital equipment set comprises the following:

•       ID card readers
•       dedicated software for readers, which enables processing, copying, and storing ID card information
•       barcode and QR code scanners that read the code from a document or Diia, which can be used to retrieve information about a person and determine the document validity
•       blood pressure monitors for senior citizens

This equipment offers such advantages as simplified process of document verification via the Diia app, faster processing of applications for administrative services, and handling documents in an easier and more comfortable way.

 Thirty-four communities in the Odesa, Vinnytsia, Volyn, and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts have so far received personal identification equipment, along with blood pressure monitors. Digitalization in Diia!

 Citizen activity centers have been set up with support from the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and funded by Switzerland.
