Ukraine’s labor market has changed. So have business expectations, candidate needs, and the realities in which recruiters operate. Every day, professionals in both the Employment Service and the private sector face the same challenges – vague job descriptions, inflated employer expectations, bias in candidate selection, and burnout from routine.
To equip recruiters, career advisors from the State Employment Service and private sector, as well as anyone striving to apply a modern and inclusive approach to hiring, we have created the online course “Modern Recruitment”.
Across thirteen lectures, the course walks step by step through the full cycle of modern recruitment – from vacancy analysis and role profiling to candidate sourcing, inclusive and bias-free selection, interview preparation, and results analytics. We also cover artificial intelligence and how recruiters can use it in practice, explain how to build a personal brand on social media and collaborate with partners, and share tips on organizing work without burnout. Short interactive exercises after each lecture help reinforce what you’ve learned.
The course is available free of charge to anyone interested on the Zrozumilo! Online Education Platform:
