It is always nice when your work is highly appreciated and even awarded. Especially when it comes to such vitally important campaigns as awareness raising about the rules for handling explosive ordnance.

So we are happy to share the news – the song and music video “Watch Where You’re Going”, created by the TNMK band with the support of East Europe Foundation and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, won the Silver award at the Kyiv International Advertising Festival 2023.

We managed to implement this Project as part of the Foundation’s Program “Watch Your Step!” to inform the public about mine safety. The idea to raise awareness about such an important topic with the help of popular musicians was the key we were looking for.

In the first two weeks, the music video “Watch Where You’re Going” by TNMK collected a million views and took second place in Ukrainian trends on YouTube! And now – received another very important award at the international advertising festival.

This year, competition entries were accepted from 33 countries. More than a thousand participants competed for the KIAF 2023 awards. Our Project was one of the winners!

The song and music video “Watch Where You’re Going” were presented in the PEACE competition – for works and campaigns against war, aggression, genocide, crimes against humanity, including the current war in Ukraine.

Our musical collaboration to inform the public about mine safety has become pertinent and useful. It is gratifying to see that this was recognized not only by a million views on YouTube, but also by the international competition jury members, including more than 40 experienced and titled advertisers from 25 countries.

Congratulations to the whole campaign team on the well-deserved victory! And yes, we use this opportunity to remind everyone: “Watch Your Step!”. If you see an explosive object, do not come near, do not touch it and call 101.

The song and music video were created by TNMK with the support of East Europe Foundation in cooperation with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine as part of the DanChurchAid-funded “Watch Your Step!” Program, and the “Spilnodiia” Program implemented with funds from the European Union.
