East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the Digital Transformation Activity (DTA) and in response to a request from the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, announces a competition to select a contractor for delivering computer programming services. These services involve the development and deployment of an information and communication system for reporting on the ingredients of tobacco and herbal products for smoking, emissions from the use of tobacco products, sales volumes of tobacco products, and the publication of specific information (hereinafter — eTobacco System). The project includes ensuring compatibility with and interaction between manufacturers’ and importers’ proprietary software solutions for tobacco and herbal smoking products, as well as publishing non-confidential information from the eTobacco System on the Unified State Open Data Web Portal.
