East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the implementation of the Swiss-Ukrainian program “E-Government for Government Accountability and Community Participation (EGAP)” in accordance with the request from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine announces the search for a contractor to provide services for the modernization of the software for the “State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens” Information System to ensure the technical capability to implement the electronic service “Updating Data in the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens,” which enables citizens to submit applications electronically via the Diia Portal to update civil status record data, with subsequent amendments to the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens.
