East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the Digitalisation for Growth, Integrity and Transparency Project (UK DIGIT), funded by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland through the UK International Development from the UK government (FCDO) and with the aim of providing legal, methodological, and advisory support for the implementation of the Project to streamline the order of arrival of motor vehicles at international and interstate border crossing points across the state border of Ukraine using the “Electronic Border Crossing Queue” system (eQueue), announces a tender to select a contractor to provide expert legal services to support activities and close cooperation with the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, aimed at establishing the use of the eQueue system in legislation, integrating it into existing government processes, and ensuring regulatory consistency among the relevant government agencies.
