East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) project, announces a tender for the selection of a contractor to modernize the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector in terms of creating the Unified State Register of Administrative and Territorial Units and territories of territorial communities, the Unified State Register of Addresses, the Register of Buildings and Structures (Stage 1) as part of the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction.
