Coaching Approach Program – Done

A six-month coaching approach program for management representatives from six regions has been completed. The training was delivered within the framework of the Inclusive Employment project and was based on the competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), taking into account the participants’ self-assessment results under the CAF (Common Assessment Framework) model.

As a result of the training, 32 participants received certificates from the School of Scaling Coaching, confirming the competencies they acquired in the field of professional coaching.

The training program consisted of five thematic modules:

  • Module 1. Fundamentals of Coaching for Employment Center Management
  • Module 2. Practical Application of Coaching Tools in Working with Clients
  • Module 3. Ethical Foundations of the Coaching Approach
  • Module 4. Conducting Negotiations
  • Module 5. Summing Up

Coaching tools improve service quality, reduce the operational workload on staff, and establish a unified approach to working with clients and partners. Most surveyed participants (70%) shared that their professional competencies had significantly improved after completing the training, while 87% stated that their expectations had been fully met.

Today, employment centers actively support everyone who needs assistance on their path to employment: they facilitate the reintegration of veterans and help women, people aged 50+, and internally displaced persons restart their careers.

As a result of the program, methodological recommendations were developed on how to integrate the coaching approach into the day-to-day work of Employment Service specialists in order to scale the experience gained across other branches.

This approach will help strengthen the leadership skills of managers, HR managers, and representatives of the Employment Service’s management staff, foster their openness to change, and support the introduction of a coaching approach to personnel management.

The Inclusive Employment Project is being implemented by East Europe Foundation within the framework of the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery, which is financed by the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Denmark, and is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL)
