Iryna Ryabchenko has more than 20 years of experience in business management, international projects, community development, and cross-sector partnerships, supported by an extensive professional network across Ukraine, Switzerland, the European Union, and Eastern Europe.

Her work focuses on strategic partnerships and donor-funded initiatives supporting Ukraine’s recovery, sustainable development, and European integration. She is currently working with the founder of the Geneva School of Diplomacy to introduce its programmes in Ukraine and develop professional programmes from Swiss institutions in finance, ESG, and European integration.

Previously, Iryna served as CEO of DFKR Group AG in Switzerland and participated in global business and expert networks, including Horasis, Web Summit, and Collision.

Iryna holds an MBA from Business School Lausanne and an MA in Media and Communication from the International University in Geneva. She also studied at Aiglon College in Switzerland.
