A professional with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of business management, international projects, community development, and cross-sector partnerships. 

Currently, Iryna is working to introduce programmes of the Geneva School of Diplomacy (GSD) in Ukraine while also developing professional development programmes in the fields of finance, ESG, and European integration.  

Actively involved in the design and implementation of initiatives supported by the European Union, government donor programmes, and international partners. In recent years, Iryna has focused on projects related to Ukraine’s recovery, sustainable development, gender equality, water resource management, climate resilience, digitalisation, and community development. 

Served as Chief Executive Officer of DFKR Group AG in Switzerland and contributed to international expert platforms and professional networks, including Horasis, Web Summit, and Collision, prior to the full-scale invasion. 

Iryna spent a significant part of her education and professional development in Switzerland, studying at Aiglon College, Business School Lausanne, and the International University in Geneva.
