Career Studio on Diia.Education

Diia.Education has launched an AI-powered Career Studio. It is the first free state service that helps users acquire a new profession, prepare a CV, and rehearse an interview using a simulator.

Today, businesses in the labour market face a shortage of qualified workers, yet at the same time, according to the NBU, the unemployment rate in Ukraine stands at 11%. One of the reasons is the gap between a candidate’s skills and an inability to present oneself effectively. The Diia.Education platform, which already brings together nearly 3.3 million users, helps overcome this barrier and navigate the path from learning to a real job offer.

‘Artificial intelligence is no longer a technology of the future, but a foundational tool transforming the labour market right now. By integrating AI into state products, we are giving Ukrainians a real competitive advantage. Career Studio on Diia.Education works like a personal digital recruiter. The service helps adapt to employer requirements, overcome the fear of job interviews, and present oneself at the highest level completely free of charge,’ noted Oleksandr Bornyakov, Acting Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Career Studio offers three new AI tools for employment:

  • AI interview simulator. Paste a link or the text of a desired job opening, and the AI models the conversation and asks questions.
  • CV builder. Create professional CVs in Ukrainian or English. The built-in AI editor chooses the right phrasing, and your course certificates from Diia.Education are pulled in automatically — just click on them.
  • Cover letter generator. The AI adapts the text to a specific job opening and tells your professional story.

‘We have created a space where the path from learning to a job offer takes just a few clicks. The new Career Studio combines the immense potential of our 3.3-million-strong community of registered users: learn, choose a job opening, and immediately rehearse an interview with AI. We are completely removing the headache for jobseekers,’ noted Ruslana Korenchuk, CEO of Diia.Education, CDTO Campus, and Manager of Joint Projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and East Europe Foundation.

Career Studio is another step in developing Diia.Education as a tool that helps Ukrainians acquire essential skills. Development of the platform is supported by Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation.

‘Digital services should help people in their everyday lives and open up new opportunities. That is why within EGAP Program we support solutions that make modern technology accessible and useful for everyone. Career Studio on Diia.Education is one such service: it helps acquire essential skills, confidently present oneself to an employer, and transition faster from learning to employment,’ emphasized Viktor Liakh, President of East Europe Foundation.

Your experience can inspire others: share your success story on social media by tagging Diia.Education, or send it by email to [email protected].
