We are helping to ATC of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

A lot of people had to leave their homes to seek shelter in safer parts of Ukraine or move towards borders of Ukraine with other countries. As for now, territorial communities of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast welcomed more than 38 thousand internally displaced persons. This number is constantly rising.

To help those who are currently moving, “Local association of local authorities “Prikarpattia amalgamated territorial communities development agency”” supported by East Europe Foundation, is implementing the Shelter Project.

Yesterday, territorial communities of the region, Mateievetska village territorial community, Kutska village territorial community and Spaska territorial community, received sets of aid and equipment to increase the level of comfort and sanitation in the places where people temporarily stay.

Within this project, “Local association of local authorities “Prikarpattia amalgamated territorial communities development agency” is engaged in the purchase and transfer of equipment (boilers, sanitary kits, shower cabins, a generator) for shelters in Spaska, Mateivetska, Dubivska territorial communities of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. It will help provide the accommodation of 150 temporarily displaced women and children.
