On January 29, the Diia.Center team and its head Natalia Lakhadynova presented the center to representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine: Maryna Bobranitska, Head of the Department for Systemic Development of Administrative Services, and Kateryna Pechonchyk, Head of the Department for Network Development, Quality Improvement of Administrative Services and Maintenance of the Register of Administrative Services.
The Diia.Center in Snovsk was built from scratch and opened in May 2024. It is modern, completely energy-independent, comfortable for both visitors and employees, and inclusive.
There are solar stations on the roof, two alternative heating sources, and a long-range public Wi-Fi access point. This allows us to work and provide administrative services even during blackouts. Here, visitors can recharge their gadgets, go online and always stay in touch with their families.
The Center has a well-designed space: a public area with soft chairs and sockets for visitors, and an office area with meeting and rest rooms for employees. Diia.Center is inclusive, it has successfully passed a barrier-free audit and meets the most stringent requirements. There are special parking spaces, a standardized ramp, tactile strips and low thresholds, contrasting signs and surface markings, a sign with Braille inscriptions, and a low reception.
The Diia.Center provides 252 services, including registration of real estate, civil status acts, place of residence, social services, and assistance to veterans.
The project was implemented with the support of Switzerland under the EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
