East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of “Technology Analyst” for the implementation of the program led by the organization.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Technology scouting:
  • – Analysis of global market EdTech and AI solutions.
  • – Review of technologies, their capabilities and relevance to the Ukrainian context.
  • – Identification of innovations that can become the basis for pilot programs or partnerships.
• Support for pilot programs and technological interventions:
  • – Collection of requirements for pilots together with the Technology Lead.
  • – Assessment of technological capabilities of partners.
  • – Monitoring of the implementation in technical terms: integration, customization, scalability capabilities.
• Analytics and assessment of technology effectiveness:
  • – Collection and structuring of data from pilot programs.
  • – Evaluation of technology effectiveness in schools by basic metrics.
  • – Preparation of recommendations for improvement or scaling.
• Support of interaction with EdTech partners:
  • – Operational cooperation with companies, technical teams, startups.
  • – Preparation of requests, technical briefs, notes and agreements.
• Support Technology Lead in strategic work:
  • – Analysis preparation for meetings.
  • – Collection of technical signals from the market.
  • – Mapping of the EdTech ecosystem and technological opportunities.

Qualification of experience:

• Higher education in information technology, management, analytics, economics, education or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in analytics, innovation projects, digital education or related areas.
• Participation in projects with testing new tools or technologies, comparison of solutions and data-based recommendations.
• Experience in preparing reviews, research or structured analytical materials.
• Experience in using programs: Google Workspace, Research and Analysis Tools (Sheets/Excel).
• Basic analytics of products and platforms.
• High level of proficiency in English – for interaction with international partners.
