East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian program “E-Governance for Accountability and Participation (EGAP)”, announces a competition for the position of Program Assistant (Regional Component).
We invite a motivated person to join the friendly team of the regional component — someone who will help organize the team’s work, grow professionally, and eventually lead large-scale projects.
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Employment: Full-time, no option for part-time employment
Work format: Hybrid
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- assisting in the organization of program events, conferences, and other activities, including preparation of handout materials;
- ensuring logistical and technical support for program events, meetings, conferences, roundtables, seminars, etc.;
- collecting data on team activities, updating cloud storage and program documents;
- planning internal communications within the regional component team and within the EGAP Program overall;
- organizing online and offline meetings;
- taking meeting notes, including follow-up after meetings;
- receiving/sending/signing/scanning/proper storage of documents;
- preparing documents for reporting both for the team and for other areas of the EGAP Program, conducting procurement through the procurement module;
- communicating with Program partners and handling business correspondence.
Required qualifications, experience, and competencies:
- Higher education (at least Bachelor’s level).
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
- English proficiency at B1 (intermediate) level or above.
- Confident PC and MS Office user (including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Business correspondence skills.
- Previous experience in government bodies, civil society, and/or international organizations will be an advantage.
