Competition for the position of Cooridnator of the Educational (Training) Component

East Europe Foundation is announting a competition fot the position of Coordinator of the Educational (Training) Component, for the support of programs that are led by the organization.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Application deadline: 20 March, 2026

Work format: Hybrid

Main tasks and requirements:

  • Analyze the needs of civil society partner organizations, and other target groups of the program, for the prioritization of educational themes and development capabilities.
  • Participate in the development and finalization of approaches and methodologies toward educational programs, trainings, and mentoring support for civil society organizations.
  •  Plan and organize online and offline educational events (trainings, workshops, mentoring sessions, networking events) for partner organizations.
  • Coordinate the development and updating of online courses and training materials, interacting with experts, authors, and technical contractors.
  • Develop and support a database of trainers, mentors, and experts, that are involved in educational and institutional components of the program.
  • Prepare technical specifications (ToR) for experts and trainers, coordinating their work in cooperation with the program team and partners.
  • Quality monitoring of educational events, analysis of participant feedback and evaluation of educational program results.
  • Prepare analytical materials, summarizing of the results of educational activities, work plans and event schedules.
  • Close coworking with the program team, to ensure consistency of educational activities with grant, institutional, and other components of the program.

Qualification and experience:

  • Work experience from 3 years in the civil sector, including with organization and coordination of educational events (trainings, workshops, mentoring or networking events).
  • Work experience within programs of civil society development, international technical help, or in a humanitarian context – will be an advantage.
  • Higher education in the sphere of social sciences, management, economics, or related fields.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office suite. Experience with MS Project for planning and coordinating work processes will be an advantage.
