Management That Delivers Results

Working on socially significant projects requires a well-thought-out logic of actions and an approach that allows you to see not only processes but also real changes. To support organizations in adopting such an approach, we have created the online course “Management That Delivers Results.”

The course is led by Solomiia Borshosh, an expert in institutional and social impact program strategies, who introduces the Results-Based Management (RBM) approach and demonstrates how to apply it in work planning, project development, and team management.

In eight lectures, we will explore the key elements of RBM: beneficiary and problem analysis, theory of change, project logic model, assumptions and risks, indicators, and working with monitoring data.

The online course offers clear explanations, tools, examples, and visual materials that can be immediately applied in daily work. “Management That Delivers Results” is already available on the Zrozumilo! Educational Online Platform. Register for free training via the link.

The online course “Management That Delivers Results” was developed within the Impulse Project, implemented by East Europe Foundation and the International Renaissance Foundation with the support of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) in partnership with the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
