This guideline explains how to work with the National Database of Energy and Performance Characteristics of Buildings (Building Database) – a component of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.
The Building Database is the first digital tool that will provide the state with access to up-to-date data for planning large-scale thermal modernization, implementing energy management, and rational use of resources in urban planning.
The manual provides a step-by-step description of how users work with the Building Database: the procedure for granting access to the automated workplace (AWP), the sequence for creating the “Building Information” document, filling in the key tabs of the “Building Information” document (address, photos, owners, engineering networks, energy efficiency, etc.), and entering energy consumption indicators.
The manual was developed with the support of the project “Promoting Energy Efficiency and Implementing the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine,” which is being implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German government and co-financed by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
