The International Charitable Organization “East Europe Foundation” (hereinafter – EEF) announces a competitive selection of a contractor to conduct an assessment of organizational development needs for six selected regional employment centers, using the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) model.

The competition is announced within the framework of the project “Inclusive Employment: Empowering SES Centers to Support Women and Vulnerable Groups” (hereinafter – the Project), implemented by EEF with the support of GIZ.
