The international charitable organization “East Europe Foundation” (hereinafter referred to as “EFF”) announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the interim independent evaluation of the program. The tender is announced within the framework of the program “Building capacity of local CSOs to provide protection services to women and minorities” (hereinafter referred to as the Capable and Resistant program), implemented by EFF with the financial support of the Swiss Confederation, represented by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, acting through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine.
